Recruit and train mortgage consultants to work in loan centers and retail bank branches. Manage the cost center profit and loss and annual budget of 1MM. Create production reports and authorize commission payment to mortgage consultants. Hold weekly meetings with mortgage consultants and coach them individually to meet short and long term personal and corporate goals.
