Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
• Ordered, received and reviewed all title report documents. Notified lender of any discrepancies. • Updated closing transmittal sheets with vendor documents accordingly. Prepared loan packages in a timely manner: Home Equity Credit Lines, Home Equity Loans, Auto Loans and CD loans. • Received and reviewed signed documents from Banking Centers and booked loans. Organized and met all compliance issues. • Passed all General Ledger tickets. Provided direct communication with the Banking Centers. Familiar with various out-of-state laws related to loans.
