Daily Duties at Land America:
• Supported wireless companies by investigating new build or collocation sites with current owner, cell and/or full title searches. Obtained title searches from abstractors nationwide. Prepared Title Commitments and other various Title Reports with strict deadlines • Reviewed reports to verify chain of title and all title encumbrances. Ensured accuracy and timely mannered delivery of various Title Reports. • Managed, trained and coached production team, while helping company convert from a Residential Division to a Commercial and Wireless Division. • Created and reviewed various performance reports in order to monitor daily, weekly and monthly production. • Single point of contact for all customers in order to provide smooth transition. Provided customers weekly status reports of all orders in process.
