• Managed a team of Independent Site Acquisition Consultants for Verizon Wireless in the Colorado, Arkansas and New Mexico markets. • Ensured project milestones and due dates were met. Reported weekly on all metrics and activities to senior leadership. • Oversaw logistics and physical build of VZW’s Cellular Towers to surpass expectations. • Ordered property searches and reviewed for ownership, liens, CC&R’s. • Mapped business processes to look for opportunities and leverage reengineering, where possible.
