Daily Duties at Whentech, Llc:
Drove initiatives to improve the server side of WhenTech infrastructure, from maximizing workstation performance to fine-tuning the SQL server. Help customer support staff help customers complex application support technical questions when needed. Document everything. Trained network guy to do more then just configure network equipment. Trained new help desk guy. Got request by employees to be put into JIRA system.
