Daily Duties at Intercontinental Exchange (Ice):

Move WhenTech's IT policy, procedures, and systems to ICE. Created the WhenTech systems into ICE network by building test environment at ICE to see what needs to be done to move. I also worked closely with people in Atlanta to build WhenTech Servers. This allowed ICE to lower the expenses by using resources the company already have. Made presentation to developers and WhenTech staff on how to create tickets in ICE IT system to get things done by ICE departments. For example making email groups to program change in production. Allowed the WhenTech to use the same change management policy and work flow. Quickly migrated WhenTech's email system using tools to move and other communication services to ICE. Since now that WhenTech is under a publicly traded company so SOX standards needs to be meant. Migrated documentation WhenTech had to ICE content management system. I did this by exporting Confluence pages to Word. This allow WhenTech to have the same standardize company documentation as the rest of the company. All to be completed by March 1st.

What they like about Intercontinental Exchange (Ice):

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
