Daily Duties at Tata Consulting Services:
Senior member of the TCS Global Consulting Practice, focusing on Operational Excellence, Organizational Change Management, Transition and Transformation, and Ease of Doing Business using Lean Six Sigma tools such Value Stream Mapping and Analysis. Mapped “Current-State” and evaluated existing Software Licensing Lifecycle processes within a San Jose-based Supply Chain organization; providing complete data analysis leading to the development of the “Future-State” model tied directly to the Walker Customer Satisfaction Survey. Served as the TCS Engagement Manager for the resourcing of GCP senior consultants and providing monthly operational reviews.
