AUDIT/ SUPPORT MANAGER, VICE PRESIDENT (2005 – 2007) • Post implementation of audit control work-paper system, Auto Audit, managed on-going business and departmental needs analysis and quality assurance testing. • Developed and facilitated on-going effective end-user system training programs. End-users were fully informed, knowledgeable of changes, and ready to utilize new and updated functionality immediately. PROJECT MANAGER, VICE PRESIDENT (2003 – 2005) • Managed a very successful and well received end-user training program. Sole strategist, researcher, marketer, developer, change manager, and implementer. Training program realized significant cost savings and certified "Continuing Professional Education" credits for CPA’s. • Project lead, team consisted of five key members. Managed and assisted in all aspects of multi system integration project. Prepared project plan, business and functional requirement documentation, test scope and test plan documentation. Performed analysis, integration, and conversion of sensitive and confidential data. BUSINESS ANALYST, MANAGER (1999 – 2003) • Implemented first web-based integrated Issue Tracking and Corrective Action Plan system. • Assisted with business needs analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, training and follow-thru on system defects and enhancements. • Converted data from nine software sources into one web-based system that brought, for first time, all Issues and Corrective Action Plans into one central database. Enabled senior management, auditors, and analysts worldwide to input, review, report and update information real time. ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST FOR BUSINESS RISK CHIEF OF STAFF (1991 – 1999) • Performed data analysis and results presented to Citigroup Audit Committee, Board of Directors, Audit Work Group and Senior Management.
