Daily Duties at Nch Medical Group:
Responsible for treating acute walk-in patients for a large medical group (8+ doctors with a patient population of 85,000) during extended hours and achieving high ratings for patient satisfaction. Also actively participating as a sub-investigator for several research studies and helping to launch transitioning care of high risk patients from ED/hospitalizations to home and facilitating follow up care. Assisted in developing guidelines for chronic disease states for patient education and Medical Home Program which has reduced after hour calls and overhead cost. Fluent with Allscripts EMR system
