Daily Duties at Bristol Myers Squibb Oncology:

Drive business revenues through direct sales of oncology products to hospitals and community based oncology specialist, HMO's, PPO's and pharmacist to meet and exceed company and territory sales goals. Conduct extensive client research to develop short and long term business plans, prepare for new product launches and initiatives and to improve business selling strategies and approaches. Monitor and analyze accounts and sales by disease state, product, competition, market trends, and buying group influences in order to tailor calls to meet and exceed target goals. Organize and implement peer-to-peer speaker programs for Grand Rounds and dinner symposiums. Strategically utilize resource allocations for greater impact and a positive ROI. Work collectively with sales, marketing, and operations to determine and meet client needs. Routinely coordinate with medical liaison managers and reimbursement managers to help educate/train account staff.
