Daily Duties at Synaptyk, Inc.:
Under the direction of the Project Team and/or Leads at Synaptyk, the Field Technician plays a large role in supporting the day-to-day activities of projects in order to ensure success. Duties Level II technicians and higher must have demonstrated experience with: Antenna/TMA/RRU installation Installation of Coax jumpers/feed lines, fiber optic jumpers/trunks and DC jumpers/trunks Single-Mode and Multi-Mode Fiber All sizes and types of Coax Familiar with RFS, Commscope and Trilogy products Site and equipment grounding Coax, PIM and fiber testing Antenna mounts for all structure types Civil/tower construction and quality assurance practices CD/RFDS review and redline Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook Submittal of closeout documentation within customers time constraints Construction safety practices – JSA’s, tail gate meetings, hazard analysis
