Daily Duties at Arizona Biltmore Hotel & Resort:
My responsibilities was to oversee the construction and remodeling of the new restaurants as well as schedule the maintenance and operations staff. I also was involved with the awarding of the contracts for the linen, vendors, and pool remodel. I had special clearance for guests coming in such as the Vice President of the United States. All special requests came thru me.
