Daily Duties at Jenamar Communities/Builders Llc:
To develop existing sites in Washington to maximize retun on investment. Purchase future sites for development in other states and hire all personnel. Arrange financing, secure contracts and lead sales. Some of these tasks included site development of raw land to industrial, commercial, hotels, strip centers, and negotiation of major companies (including Starbucks, Albertsons, Hilton, Marriott, and franchises). Major responsibilities included customer-driven operations, guest satisfaction by being consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the financial objectives. Started site development of commercial space including hotel management, commercial space planning and start- up operations of hotel personnel. Managed the hotel operations for sales, marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget/forecast management, rooms, and housekeeping and maintenance. By doing the start-up of management (hiring, procedure, budget forecasts) this was an easy turnover to new companies to take on the day to day operations and to net the company part of the $50 million annually to the bottom line.
