Promoted to create a cohesive and comprehensive security organization that supported the Technology and Advance Systems Business Unit global security program and its 28 cleared and 20 un-cleared facilities around the world, representing $720 million in revenue. Collaborated with senior leadership to ensure security initiatives met the needs of the business unit. Applied knowledge and expertise in DD 254, security operations, communications, physical security and protection of classified and unclassified information when coaching and measuring the performance of 42 security professionals, 62 contract security guards. Ensured compliance with security assistance/assessments visits (SAVs), such as proper documentation and adherence to action plans, Corporate Export/ITAR requirements and Technology Control Plans (TCP).
