Improved delivery times and prevented delays by providing logistics for planning / design of construction projects, including those for Lynwood Unified School District and Huntington Beach Unified School District. Supported Project Manager with pre-construction walks to ensure feasibility of structural engineering, / modifications, utilities, surveying, scheduling, and cost control; also provided assistance during construction phase. Documented and tracked QA, QC, non-conformance reports, and punch-list work in Prolog.
