Daily Duties at Maxim Healthcare:
Responsibilities included but were not limited to coordination of care of approximately 100 clients, providing coverage of 24 hour care. Monitored and evaluated care provided by clinical staff, coordinated schedules. Responsible for staff education to better care for clients; age ranges from newborn to elderly. Responsible for budgeting, CQI and Medicare billing. Evaluates staff competency and need for further education, planned and developed monthly educational in-services for staff development.
