Daily Duties at Fresinius Medical Care:
Responsible for, but not limited to maintaining and developing all aspects of patient care in the dialysis center, including at times working as a staff nurse when the floor is short. Hire, terminate, monitor and supervision of 25 employees: RN’s LPN, PCT’s, Secretarial and Ward Clerk. Monitor and maintain safety for patients status of an 80 plus patient unit; 28 chair facility. Responsible for; everyday activities of patients and staff, Responsible for the coordination of patient and staff education, maintaining working relationships with all disciplines in the dialysis community. Responsible for; staff scheduling, monitoring PTO, evaluations and pay raises and instituting and maintaining all CMS regulations. I am responsible for maintaining all State and federal regulations along with that of the company. I work closely with the patients, staff, and family members in regards to education of the renal patient.
