Maintained accurate patient records, interacted with HMOs and other insurance providers concerning billing/reimbursement issues. Spearheaded the supervision, hiring, and training of ancillary staff within the pharmacy while conducting business in a professional manner that complied with the rules and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy. Responsible for making sure the pharmacy was intact, organized, pristine condition
