Daily Duties at Diversified Enterprises:

Handle standard purchasing forms including bid requests, material requisitions, purchase orders, logs and reports Perform evaluation of bids and quotes, reconcile discrepancies, expedit transactions and conduct follow up on purchasing matters Perform accurate mathematical calculations, conduct inspection on all items receive and identify conformance to specifications Handle negotiation for best purchasing package considering product quality, price, term, delivery and service with suppliers and vendors Prepares and processe purchase orders and document each transaction in compliance with company policies and procedures Handle Tax Services including Tax preparation and Tax Advice Evaluate and asses programs and advise management on new ideas/concepts based on performance, relationship and solution
