Daily Duties at Verizon Wirless:

Create daily sales goals and provide action plan to ensure projected sales target are meet or exceed. Provide staff training, coaching and mentoring to sales representatives and assist management in staff development. Analyze customers’ accounts and present the best solutions to customer's wireless needs. Analyze sales trends and provide senior management with quarterly sales forecast and action plans to achieve sales forecast. Identify and resolve customer issues and ensure all customers request are processes in a timely and professional manner.
