Daily Duties at Northgate Arinso :
IFRS Monthly, quarterly and yearly management reporting in TM1 of approximately 30 reporting entities in the EMEA region: • Planning, preparing and reviewing all periodic financial statements on a consolidated basis for monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to meet the standards for accuracy and timeless required by the mother company • Interfacing with subsidiaries to coordinate and review the reporting process • Providing analytical support and alerting management early with respect to significant trends in key metrics, both favorable and unfavorable • Participating in financial reporting with a special emphasis on decreasing days in monthly closing, increasing efficiency automation and process improvement • Working with the finance team to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness reporting in TM1 Analyzing actual costs versus budget and actuals costs versus prior year and preparing variance explanations • Assisting in the annual budget process, encompassing both operational and capital expenses • Coaching of 2 people and training of subsidiaries
