Daily Duties at Glaxo Smith Kline :

• Coordinating and providing an active clinical finance input in the Portfolio review activities o Coordinating, consolidating and validating Clinical costs (e.g. Fees- Resources- Clinical testings). Ensuring consistency in the assumptions/hypothesis taken into consideration for the calculation. o Providing Long term cost estimation for each scenario for Clinical Development Plan. Highlighting options and scenarios for consideration based on Clinical Development Plan • Ensuring that GVD (Global Vaccines Development) budget is tracked and managed by project within agreed envelope in close collaboration with Finance, Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) and any relevant team. • Tracking/monitoring of actuals and providing reports highlighting major variances versus forecast at overall GVD level. Estimating and tracking clinical budgets in close collaboration with CPMs • Support regular reporting activities (Business update, GVD Dashboard, Country performance,…) . Trend analysis and comment on route causes • Continuous focus on improvement of process, reports, analysis, documentation. Suggest action to be put in place and follow-up implementation
