• Generated “hot sheets” daily to know which properties have sold, new listings, price changes and other activity in their market. • Getting paperwork to the right places, explaining contract items to clients, coordinated inspections, reviewed documents. • Worked with buyers and seller to determine their needs, finding suitable properties and gathering information to help clients to make decisions. • Reviewed of the daily MLS Hot Sheet or Activity Reports. • Researched the current status of the market and what properties are coming on, going off and changing prices. • Conducted market analysis and determined the fair market value of selected properties. • Answered web leads, property inquiry e-mails. And answered phone calls. • Conducted internet searches to locate properties for clients in their desired regions. • Interviewed and qualified buyer Prospects. • Educating buyer and seller clients. • Planned property showings for buyers. • Showed properties. • Crafted selling and buying offers. • Represented buyers and sellers during purchases and selling of properties. • Prepared seller and buyer offers and purchase contracts. • Entered clients into escrow. Monitored escrow, responded to issues, and provided critical information to ensure that escrow closed on time. • Referred clients to lenders. • Made seller presentations to prospective sellers. • Closed escrow on 11 properties during a six month period.
