Maintained a $4 million inventory of parts to ensure timely preventative maintenance of a fleet of 6000 pieces of specialist ground support equipment. Expedited and procured parts for ad hoc and unscheduled repairs. Managed a team of 40 logistics, parts and procurement professionals. Assisted in business development activities and preparation of tenders for new business.
