Daily Duties at Jones Lang La Salle Americas, Inc. – New York, Ny:

Managed over 1 Million square feet of “Class A” commercial space for the Bank of America account. Overseen minor construction operations and capital improvements projects totaling over 250M. Directly responsible for the annual cost savings on reconfiguration work on an average of 150 Thousand by completing all floor/space planning and design layouts in-house. Assist with the development and implement the annual management plan for all assigned within the portfolio. Coordinated tenant moves and developed/implemented a process of obtaining an annual cost savings that averaged over $800K. Responsible for preparation, execution and implementation of contracts to ensure proper level of performance is maintained. Evaluated tenant space allocations and facilitated various enhancements including space reconfigurations. Conduct inspection of assigned properties proactively addressing any deficiencies. Responsible for preparation, execution and implementation of contracts to ensure proper level of performance is maintained. Fostered relationships with Bank of America business leaders to insure high level client satisfaction. Supported Regional Manager and Regional Director with high level client deliverables. Provided leadership role to the Property Managers to ensure efficiently during the Regional Manager and Regional Director Transition periods. Responsible for departmental accounting including accounts payables. Developed and implemented alternatives for reducing facilities costs and improving operations. Directly managed a team of 21 associates. Familiarity with construction drawing / documents. Developed and implemented Life Safety, Security and Emergency Preparedness programs. Directly responsible for the annual cost savings on reconfiguration work on an average of 150 thusK by completing all floor/space planning and design layouts in-house.
