Daily Duties at Saic:
Functioning as the Team Leader for Counter-IED Analysis Team 31(CIAT 31) during a one year deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan (OEF-A); CIAT 31 consists of six civilian analyst representing multiple intelligence disciplines fused together to provide direct mission support to the warfighter. Team Leader serves as the primarily link between the CIAT and US Army counterparts in order to effectively communicate intelligence requirements, prioritize simultaneous tasks and guide the development of intelligence products.
