•Ran operations covering thirteen stores, over 500 employees and $27 million in annual sales revenues. •Coached, mentored and developed high performance teams through goal setting, performance metrics and strategic planning. •Used data collection, analysis and trending to take a proactive versus reactive response to business growth opportunities. •Tracked and monitored sales by store, by product line, by department, by demographics, etc., to establish a baseline for continuous improvement. •Facilitated team meetings with Store Managers to share statistical data, lessons learned, success stories, market intelligence, and other relevant factors.
