Played a key role in supporting the start-up of the Organics Laboratory and initialization of the lab’s entrance into the EPA SW-846 protocol market. Led and motivated lab techs ( 8 to 10) in all aspects of day-to-day activities, in accordance with regulations (DOT, DOE) as well as company policies and procedures. Implemented EPA SW-846 protocol procedures for methods 8260 and 8270, analyses by GC/MS, and method 8330 (explosives method by HPLC). Managed and created calibration curves, MDL’s, EQL’s, etc. for all systems.
