Daily Duties at Pfizer:
Supervise assignments and projects for a small group of 2 Principal Scientists and 1 Senior Scientist. Project leadership on multiple programs within Pfizer Research Units. Organize and participate in Biotherapeutics Engineering Leadership Team reviews of ongoing research efforts. Provide expertise in humanization methodologies, functional and biophysical characterization of antibodies and antibody-derived proteins including ADCs. Generate antibodies to new targets for IHC studies carried out at Pfizer Oncology. Lead departmental Target Review in collaboration with Pfizer Oncology. Biotherapeutic platform technology platform design and implementation.
