Daily Duties at Pfizer:

 Supervise assignments and projects for a small group of 2 Principal Scientists and 1 Senior Scientist.  Project leadership on multiple programs within Pfizer Research Units.  Organize and participate in Biotherapeutics Engineering Leadership Team reviews of ongoing research efforts.  Provide expertise in humanization methodologies, functional and biophysical characterization of antibodies and antibody-derived proteins including ADCs.  Generate antibodies to new targets for IHC studies carried out at Pfizer Oncology.  Lead departmental Target Review in collaboration with Pfizer Oncology.  Biotherapeutic platform technology platform design and implementation.
