Daily Duties at E Xspend:

Hired to correct chronic development delays for a DL testing product. After successfully rescuing the product through deliberate execution of processes as well as software processes, was promoted and the revived division was sold. Established clear technical processes for four (4) product lines to meet a consistent level of excellence. Managed a team of direct and contract employees to improve processes and meet schedules. Establish and maintain rapport with the sales organization creating standards and expectations for the operation centers. Collaborate with leadership Acts as highest interface with non-technical user functions in determining overall information systems approach Experience developing and deploying proven methodologies with demonstrated success and growth.
