Daily Duties at Adtrav:

Hired to lead development of travel support services for a 2 year growth drive for the organization. After three (3) months assumed responsibilities to include infrastructure as well. Partnered with other managers to identify business needs where technology was applicable. Reported to executive team to provide clear status updates and schedules. Mentored and motivated array of technical specialist including data engineers, programmers and agent workflow. Established career growth plans for each person in technology team. Grew a small development team by seeking talented professional developers with career and service focus. Lead a team of 19 IT professionals from infrastructure to development to support. Managed vendor relationships. 1 Internal Data center and a managed co-lo visionary leadership and security concepts- future vision of technology Proven track record of managing and leading Proven history of change management/driving efficiencies establishing IT metrics and goals, and reporting and managing to them. exceptional interpersonal skills effectively communicate with a wide range of personnel at all levels Oversees and is accountable for ensuring efficacy of the IT environments Communicates IT plans, policies and technology trends throughout the organization,
