Daily Duties at United Defense Lp:
Technical resource for generation and documentation of 3D solid models in Pro/Engineer for Systems used by US Navy. Responsibilities: develop and analyze components of the design to assure they meet the requirements of low maintenance, low cost, shock, weight and if applicable meet the time line (allocate time) with minimal power consumption, Operate PTC Pro/Engineer system, PC programs including all Microsoft Office products. Verify subsystem interfaces are correct with not only other components being designed here but also the new ship being designed by a teammate. Delegate work to other designers and drafters. Assist is assembly and testing of munitions
