ESC/Control Wizards Project Manager/Service Manager/Automation Technician Honeywell Manufacturer - ACI Honeywell Dealer. Service Manager / Project Manager throughout Connecticut. Responsible for managing more than half a million dollars (revenue) of service and construction projects. Perform estimates, budgets, and selling of Honeywell (WEB’s) building automation systems. Managed and supervised (4) Automation technicians, as well as various electrical/mechanical subcontractors. Small size business total number of employees (6), one single location. Was responsible in all areas of the business; (selling, managing, budgeting, forecasting, billing, planning). Prepare new order reviews, transfer report analysis, monthly status reports, manpower loading reports and close-out notices. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all engineering documentation and specifications required for the successful implementation of the projects and to meet the documentation needs of the customer as agreed to in the order acceptance. See to it that proper and accurate invoicing has been done and payments have been received as scheduled. Establish procedures on performance testing and demonstrations culminating with formal customer acceptance; ensures adherence of all concerned on these procedures. Service planning, coordinating and executing scheduled preventive maintenance, inspection, repair and installation activities for a complex DDC system. Detect and resolve developing HVAC systems problems. Supervise, schedule DDC Technicians. • Commercial Turnkey installations • Design programming of DDC-based building automation/energy management • Formulate detailed Sequences-of-Operations to meet project specifications. • Develop programming for control systems. • Assist and support field installation team with commissioning and start-up of systems. • Prepare and present technical content, proposals, analysis, and feasibility reports. • Tridium Niagara Framework Honeywell WEBS, Lonworks, Modbus, Johnson N2, Trane Tracer • Technical guidance and support including set-up, verification, operation, and troubleshooting complex building automation and control systems • Commissioning, troubleshooting, operation and maintenance • Develops plan, scope, and budget for assigned facilities projects. • Performs field inspections, research, measurements, or calculations as needed and makes recommendations regarding design complexities and methods • Perform field inspections, equipment startups, test and balance activities, and functional performance tests
