Daily Duties at Higley Unified School District:
As the Career and Technology Director, I coordinated all career and technical programs and related activities, provided information and guidance to teachers and school leaders, and implemented and maintained services within established guidelines and standards, developed goals and strategic plans, managed budgets, and provided teacher supervision. I created and worked with consortiums and community programs to provide jobs and community service projects for student programs in business, technology, and agriculture. Coordinated career and technical program components, support needs and materials such as, course offerings and textbook selection.
