Daily Duties at Kern County Export Program:

Co-wrote grants for the California Community College System; managed adult interns throughout the four-year time period; taught grant-funded international trade classes; created and piloted export class online; student internship solicitation; placed, trained and guided student interns with small companies with global market potential; marketed program throughout Kern County; planned and represented companies at international trade show (Manila, Philippines); fulfilled monthly & quarterly reports and data collection per state grant’s requirements.

You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation.
