Daily Duties at Philadelphia Media Network:
Providing leadership and direction to a team of 9 including one operations manager, five account planners, and three assistant sales representatives. Managing diverse responsibilities pertaining to advertising activities, securing media contracts, vendor relations, business development, and systems implementation. Contributing towards long-term operation excellence by undertaking initiatives in the management team and within the organization. Attending client meetings as well as Newspaper Target Marketing Coalition, Inc (NTMC) newspaper conference annually.
