I have served for five years as the Director of Special Education in a virtual school environment that provides education and training asynchronously for students in grades K through 12. I manage and identify highly effective team members, provide online professional development and training, perform observations and evaluations, identify and hire talented people,oversee compliance with federal and state agencies, and develop team leaders for new programs.
