Daily Duties at Dallah Company:
Monitor progress against approved schedule. Assist in preparing electrical and mechanical shop drawings of many building systems, including power, low-current, lighting, grounding & lightening protection, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems. Control documents distribution according to the responsibility matrix. Review daily reports. Prepare progress reports: weekly/monthly, using Excel and Word softwares, and feed back to schedule updating. Study and decide the suitable construction methods required to meet cost-time deadlines. Inspect and review project activities to monitor compliance with building regulations and safety codes. Explain drawings and contract documents to construction staff, and make sure they understand the scope. Submit all associated project reports to the project manager/director. Assist project manager and attend in all meetings. Manage project close out documents. Keep the Project Manager informed of workload and any changes in project scope or additional services. Keep accurate time records for billing purposes and submit them on a weekly basis. Maintain safety requirements, housekeeping, productivity and preventing of wastage
