Daily Duties at Almirtaj Trading And Contracting Est. :
Manage all construction matters relating to the project. Conduct meetings with concerned stakeholders. Coordinate multi-disciplinary professional as Structural, Architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical to produce project documents to assure the right deliverables according to specification. Evaluate claims and discuss solutions for the arising contractual issues. Apply Preventive/Corrective Actions. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects. Review and approve the updated project schedules, using Primavera software, based on real time status of materials delivery, equipment availability and site requirements. Review project plans in line with client requirements and action any deviations. Control projects to approved budget. Review and approve subcontractors and supplier invoices and purchase orders. Control safety, quality, schedules and milestones and monitor progress against schedules. Investigate damage, accidents, or delays, and take the proper corrective actions. Monitor the actual expenses in coordination with the financial department, and manage any deviations.
