Participate in reviewing company’s annual plan aligned with business strategy. Prepare and submit bidding documents of new projects according to the company plan. Meet periodically with owners and supervisory consultants to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and constraints. Organize works and duties of all departments through preparing organization chart, responsibilities matrix and communications plan. Determine resources requirements and allocate all resources to construction sites. Resolve conflicts arising between projects teams. Negotiate change orders, managed contingency reserves oversaw. Evaluating of Claims and discussing solutions for the arising contractual issues. Review and sing the contracts with Subcontractors and Suppliers. Follow closure of project and gaining of client formal acceptance. Conduct coordination meetings to discuss progress, technical, status, and all construction issues. Perform the required effort to carry out tasks such as Manpower Histogram, Cash Flow, and Value Engineering using Primavera P3 software. Document Lessons Learned and Archives.
