Daily Duties at Citizens Bank & Trust Co.:
Managed a C&I (20%), RE (20%) & CRE (60%) portfolio of $35MM of $70MM, originated $10-15MM of new loans of same mix in the Chicagoland area and lead a staff of six bankers including the management and development of the credit analysts. Negotiated and administered problem loan workout solutions, instituted department policies and procedures, establishment of Loan Parameter and Interface set-up for bank software and processing. Responsible for compliance to Loan Policy, Credit Quality Goals and Bank’s Corrective Action Order. Member of several bank Committees. Directed the external Loan Review function, Appraisal & Environmental Review & Point of contact for Bank and loan legal matters. Created specific database queries for gathering and analyzing data for further compilation of specific, customized bank reports. Compiled & prepared the monthly Board Packages and all Loan Reports. In 2009 managed the Bank’s daily overdrafts resulting in income over $200M.
