Daily Duties at Infofroup:
• Develop documents for product development, system enhancements, new client implementations, and process improvement initiatives. • Monitored Sprint tasks to ensure sprint success • Regularly meet with development team/Scrum Team for daily scrum meeting or sprint retrospective • Acted as a liaison between management and development team/Scrum Team • Obstacles, stumbling blocks and impediments removed for the development team/Scrum Team • Productivity and functionality of the scrum/development team has been ensured • Manage and supervise production and operation team of thirty to thirty-five associates • Manage projects from inception to closing • Manage project team during project implementation
