• Direct Billing Manager and team in the process of claims management with focus on (a) maximizing revenue (b) reducing days in accounts receivable and (c) timely resolving denied claims and hold buckets. • Prepare cash flow analysis and financial projections for lenders and investors; direct all accounting and finance functions; analyze finance department infrastructure and processes and make improvements to achieve cost savings. • Work closely with CEO and bankruptcy advisers to define a scalable business model or, alternately, to define company’s exit strategy from sleep market. • Quantify company’s long-standing debt and propose vendor repayment schedules with consideration of financial resources necessary to support proposed operations. • Accountable for the responsibilities formerly assumed by CFO in directing and guiding the Manager, Billing Operations; Manager, Payer Contracts; Payroll Manager and Senior Accountant
