Daily Duties at Us Army:

•Planned, directed and physically inventoried equipment in excess of $2.5 million with 100% accountability and 0 net losses to the organization. •Supervised and trained work teams of up to 10 entry-level personnel in all aspects of materials management, to include inventory control, shipping/ receiving and data entry. •Purchased, distributed, and tracked all supplies and equipment for an organization of 1,200 personnel, with an annual budget in excess of $3,000,000. •Developed and implemented the office portion of the Agency audit system for small purchases by Agency Government Credit Card holders. •Implemented new computer database and automated tracking system for more accurate accounting of supplies and equipment. Achieved 50% increase in proficiency without deviating from standards. •Awarded by senior management for directing logistical operations saving the organization in excess of $50,000 annually. •Responsible for all aspects of logistics with equipment valued at over 3 million dollars. Performed system upload and reconciliation from SPBS-R to ULLS-S4. Responsible for the training and managing of over 30 Sub-Hand receipt holders. •Identified accountability for Administrative Adjustment Reports and Reports of Survey; duties include physical inventory of software and hardware equipment and providing technical assistance to hand receipt holders. Maintained accountability of all Property Book items as required by applicable regulations and directives. Assigned and maintained Document Register for Reports of Survey and reviewed survey for accuracy.
