Daily Duties at Dyncorp International:

•Responsible for the CONUS based logistical support for Civilian Police Program (CIVPOL) reporting to the Director of Logistics, collecting, processing and maintaining data for analyzing all aspects of property management and procurement. •Analyzes information received from various activities and 19 sites concerning logistics operations and coordinate day-to-day logistics inventory management operations within the theatre of operation as assigned. •Coordinates program requirements and support closely with functional managers to provide training to personnel on routine asset inventories and automated processes for all location with contract property throughout the support area. •Provides direct input to budgetary support planning, maintenance, accountability and replacement cycles for all required support assets for the Afghanistan Civilian Advisor Support (ACAS) and Embedded Police Mentors (EPM) Programs. •Maintain property records and procurement processes in DynMRO to analyze requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates. •Create reports and catalog records from DynMRO for program managers and other DI staff to assist in proper management of procurement activities •Assist the Director of Logistics with policy writing, audits and contract deliverables associated with logistics to report findings of routine inventories and provide input to required reports.
