Daily Duties at South Florida Spine Clinic:
Managing the physical therapy department of a busy spine surgeon practice with 4 treating physicians with a total of 60 employees. I was responsible for the administraive assistant, 2-3 Physical therapy assistans, and 2-3 student interns. Develop post operative rehabilitation protocols for patients, patient education, community education to drive business and incrase referrals.
