Daily Duties at Dyncorp International:

•Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to user needs. •Establish appropriate methods through project planning, business requirement analysis, program development and implementation to achieve effective functional solutions in meeting objectives and priorities. •Analyze business operations to understand strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. •Coordinate with business users to define problems, data availability, and requirements to implement solutions to system business needs which are most cost-effective. •Provide project support in scheduling/facilitating meetings, UAT testing, creating agenda, recording meeting notes and following up on action items for IT Projects and initiatives. •Devise and modify procedures and requirements to solve IT system and application problems. •Responsible for assisting in training, assigning, and checking the work of lower level business analysts. •Assist other business system analyst in obtaining solutions to business problems across the company.
