Daily Duties at Cvs Caremark:
- Managed 30-40 projects simultaneously in IT for Medicare D Enrollment application. Projects ranged from Heat Tickets to Business Service Requests to large strategic projects with multiple releases and capital expenditure over 2M. Project timelines ranged from 1 week to 12 months. Utilized the Waterfall methodology and some Agile Scrum. Team sizes were 10-20 resources from Business, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Grievances, Compliance, Infrastructure, & Sr Management. - Assigned work to Developers, Business Analysts and Testers. The staff included FTE and Offshore. - Release Manager for all MBest IT projects. Worked directly with Enterprise Release Mgmt & Change Mgmt teams. - Designed & implemented a weekly Program Status report to provide the program release schedule, release health & milestones, policy & procedure changes, work instruction changes, and impacts to print operations. - Designed & implemented new Prioritization Plan to assist the Business with prioritization of BSRs and projects.
