Daily Duties at Ernst & Young:
Audit manager - - audited LA- based subsidiaries of major public companies in Japan, such as Isuzu Motors, Taisei Construction, Taisei Rotec, Shuwa Real Estate Investment, Komatsu Seisakusho, Kobe Steel, and a few others. The firm dealt with SEC reporting and I assisted with it. International tax matters had to be addressed. Prepared financial statements, prepared audit program, including internal control testing and examination and consulted clients on many tax and accounting and regulatory issues.
