Initially managed portfolio of 3 managers and approximately 70 employees on one program supporting Intelligence Community (IC) operations at one customer site. Portfolio grew to up to 460 managers and individual contributors on up to 10 programs, in 3 or 4 different states, and supporting both IC and DoD customers. Program missions included data and operations center management; software development and maintenance for different operational intelligence or Department of Defense (DoD) support systems; systems engineering and operational research and analysis support; missile defense command and control-related initiatives; and facility Information Technology infrastructure management and support.
